Programming
With our athletes ages starting at 12+ years old, our program design varies by individual assessment, the number of sessions weekly, and size of the group. Depending on the sport and goals of the athlete/team, exercises and workouts will vary around the common goal of improving power, strength, speed, and functional movement.

Facilities
Located in the heart of Dartmouth on Banook Lake, we have the privilege of using elite-level facilities at the Atlantic Division of Canoe Kayak Canada. With access to a beautiful lake, steep hills, and perfect trails for running, we are extremely gracious they allow us to use their space in such a prime location.

Why Train?
Instilling the importance of fitness in young minds will provide benefits that last a lifetime. Too often do we hear about the "risks" of training at a young age, when science-based evidence actually shows significant results in multiple area's of training when done effectively. Teaching good habits at a young age provides a base at both a physical and psychological level, paving the way for future successes in sport and in health.
